Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is open 365 days a year. You can get your tickets at our counter, or you can skip the ticket line and reserve your entry time by buying your tickets online in advance. Check out our different tickets and packages for different experiences!

REGULAR PASS

• Children under 2 years of age free of charge.
• Adults & Children 2 years and above AED199.00 each
• Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (15+ years old)
• Tickets must be used on the date selected.
• Not redeemable in cash.
• Not to be combined with any other offer.
• Tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
• Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets.
• Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo may change operating hours or close temporarily due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, or special events and may otherwise be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owner.
• Ticket is only valid for the purchased experience.
• Ticket does not entitle holder to non-complimentary services or provision within Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.
• Re-admission to Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is not allowed.
• Ticket holder may be refused entry if, in reasonable opinion of the staff, the presence of the holder may pose risk to the safety of ticket holders and/or affect the enjoyment of others within Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and/or affect the normal operation of Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
• All persons entering the venue are subject to the rules and regulations as set by the management.
• To redeem 20 AED. Retail Voucher, minimum spend of 25.00 AED per voucher. Valid only in official DAUZ store on the same day.

• Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time
• Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (15+years old)
• Subject to Availability

– Ray Encounter

• Minimum height requirement is 140 cm.
• Adult and Children (above 140 cm)-AED 100 each
• Not applicable for below 2 years of age
• No Accessible for Wheelchair and stroller
• Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the ray Feeding platform.
• Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Subject to availability.

– King Crocs Encounter

• Adult and Children ( above 120 cm)-AED 100 each
• Minimum height requirement is 120 cm.
• Not applicable for our pregnant guests.
• Not applicable for below 2 years of age
• Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the Crocodile habitat portion of the Experience.
• Guests should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled
• Subject to availability

– Otter Encounter

• Adult and Children (2 years above)-AED 100 each
• No restrictions. Wheelchair and Stroller accessible.
• Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Children under 2 years of age free of charge
• Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (15+ years old)
• Subject to Availability

– Shark Trainer Encounter

• Minimum height requirement is 140 cm.
• Adult and Children ( above 140 cm)-AED 100 each
• Not applicable for our pregnant guests.
• Not applicable for below 2 years of age
• Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the shark trainer portion of the experience
• No swimming required. The activity will be done on standing level
• Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
